This experiential learning workshop instructs individuals looking to become change leaders on how to use the Avaap Change Approach to build successful change strategies and plans and apply them to changes in their organization.

During this workshop, learners will get to experience practical application by learning and using 10+ tested and proven change tools. The tools are developed to work with the Avaap Change Approach to do everything from creating successful people experience campaigns, aligning leadership on the change, building change plans based on the scope and size of the change, and developing sustainment actions to use throughout the change deployment.
