Tom Noorkah, Director of Financial Systems, City of Columbus, Ohio – Tom has led the successful delivery of large-scale technology solutions during his 25-year career with the City of Columbus. His efforts include a strong focus on ensuring success for the city’s 10,000 employees, business partners, and the community. Tom is a graduate of The Ohio State University and resides in Northwest Columbus with his wife and daughter.
Rowena Barcelona-Nuqui, Chief Deputy, SAP Center of Excellence, County of San Bernardino, California – Rowena leads the implementation of financial system solutions for all departments at the County of San Bernardino and works with business process owners, end-users, and IT to support their process and data needs. She earned a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Rowena previously worked for the Walt Disney Company, Nestle and the Penhall Company.
