At its core, the flow between processes dictates the pace, effectiveness, and reliability of work completion. It involves the movement of tasks, information, or materials from one stage to another in a continuous and harmonious manner.
This presentation will take a serious look at how understanding flow is essential for a project manager to effectively deliver the project.
