Infor HCM Talent Management automates strategic human resource processes to anticipate and react to change for competitive advantage. The deployment, which addresses MHS’s need for more comprehensive performance management, is the first of three planned phases to improve access to performance information, increase process efficiency, and shape how MHS attracts and retains talent.
The successful completion of phase one included implementation of Infor Global HR including Employee Space and Manager Space, helping MHS to unify its HR and self-service solutions into a single interface for real-time access. Phase two will include deployment of Infor HCM Goal Management and Performance Management to track employee performance, identify career paths and facilitate alignment between individual activities and strategic business objectives.
Trends, including retirement of baby boomers and influx of millennials, are driving organizational talent strategies that address demographic shifts, identify skill gaps and provide insight into where capabilities exist internally. Infor HCM Talent Management will enable MHS to sustain a competency-based performance model and electronic performance review process designed to establish consistent measures of performance, streamline performance management and use data for strategic initiatives, including learning and development and succession planning.
