Change management is key to project success, but how much change management is enough? This session, led by Shannan Simms, PhD., a Prosci® certified change management expert, will walk attendees through custom analysis to support an educated and objective decision with respect to how much effort to invest in the change management interventions needed to ensure future project’s success. Attendees will learn how to scope an effective organizational change management program and leave with an action plan that addresses the human side of a technology implementation.
