American Heart Association (AHA)
Avaap citizens partner to assist the American the American Heart Association’s fight against heart disease and stroke, while raising critical funds to save and improve lives.
The purpose of the Culture Committee is to actively listen, adapt, and advocate for a culture that resonates with Avaap citizens and lives out Avaap’s core values.
Avaap's Charitable Board was established to provide an opportunity for employees to request financial support for causes they are personally invested in.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
The DEI program’s mission is to develop Avaap into a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace in regard to race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, talent, ideas, and culture.
The Pelotonia committee partners with Pelotonia, a non-profit dedicated to creating a cancer-free world. Every dollar raised goes directly to fund cancer research that saves lives.
The Wellness Committee promotes a holistic view of personal wellness by providing resources and information to help Avaap colleagues create and achieve their wellness goals.
